Scott Woodworking is David W. Scott, designer and furniture builder since 1981. Here in the mountains of Western North Carolina, I build contemporary furniture and accessories in fine hardwoods, both local and from around the world. My products include tables, from coffee tables to dining tables; three-legged stools in all heights; rocking chairs; bookcases; and other accessories. I also do a great deal of commissioned work, ordered by the customer wanting a particular piece for a special place in their home.

The best place to see my work in person is to visit Ariel Gallery in downtown Asheville, North Carolina. I am one of 11 owner-operators of this beautiful contemporary crafts gallery. It is quite an honor to be associated with this prestigious group of accomplished artists in a variety of media.
